Western Oakland Transportation Authority (WOTA) is a door-to-door, demand response transportation service for resident seniors age 55+, an adult with disabilities 18+, veteran or low income of Groveland, Highland(Highland General Population can use WOTA for $4.00 per trip), Holly, Rose, Waterford or White Lake Townships, Keego Harbor, Lake Angelus, Orchard Lake, Sylvan Lake, Village of Holly, or Walled Lake.

NORTH – Northern Border of Highland & White Lake Townships, and Clarkston.

EAST – Pontiac, down to Orchard Lake Rd between 12 & 16 Mile and Hiller Rd to Telegraph between Pontiac Lake and Williams Lake Roads.

WEST – US 23 (Hartland) and Kensington Rd and the west edge of Milford Township.

SOUTH – Grand River Ave to 10 Mile & Haggerty

Will also travel to Fenton, Grand Blanc, and some areas of Flint for Holly residents

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be 55+, an adult with disabilities 18+, veteran or low income and a resident of Groveland, Highland, Holly, Rose, Waterford or White Lake Townships, Keego Harbor, Lake Angelus, Orchard Lake, Sylvan Lake, Village of Holly, or Walled Lake

General population in Highland may also use this service for $4 per trip.

*Holly Area Residents may also travel to Fenton, Grand Blanc, and some areas of Flint. Please call for specific details.

All riders must complete the WOTA registration forms which can be found on the WOTA website.

Advanced Notice Needed:

Minimum of 48 hours

Highland General Population must call 3 days in advance
