FRT is a special transportation reimbursement program for Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, or Washtenaw County residents. The consumer is responsible for finding a volunteer driver, and FRT will provide mileage reimbursement to pay the volunteer driver each month for the trips taken. Limit of 250 miles/month reimbursement for people who are not working. Reimbursement rate of .55 cents/mile.
