JFS provides a low-cost transportation option to ensure individuals and families can attend medical appointments, visit grocery stores, pharmacies, work, or to make attending events and programs at places like Hill Auditorium, The Art Museum, Matthaei Botanical Gardens, etc. possible. Pick ups and drop offs are only available within Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Saline.

Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a JFS Client. Call 734-769-0209 and ask for the New Client Specialist to complete the initial screening via telephone. The transportation department will then follow up with you to discuss your needs and schedule transportation.
Advanced Notice Needed:
At least 72 hours. May make reservations up to one month in advance.
Service Fees:
Basic round trip fee: $35
Offers sliding scale based off on income, fares could go as low as $10 RT.
Must fill out JFS Fee Adjustment Request and submit for approval.
