Provides barrier-free transportation to US Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Detroit and Ann Arbor for veterans seeking treatment.  Veterans need to be at the veterans’ office by 8:15a.m. to receive same day transportation to the medical centers and back again.  Monday – No Trips; Tuesday & Friday – From Pontiac & Troy;  Wednesday from Pontiac & Southfield; Thursday from Pontiac & Walled Lake.  Buses leave promptly at 8:30am.  Those who need wheelchair transportation must call in advance.  No advance notice is required for ambulatory riders.
