Connector Service is an advance reservation, curb-to-curb, service operated by SMART. When using Connector, you may travel anywhere within a 10 mile radius of a designated service area. Rides are available on a first come, first served basis and reservations are required. A six day notice is recommended for medical appointments and a two day notice for other destinations. Any full fare customers (Ages 6-64 without a disability) booking a Connector trip, must live further than 1/3 of a mile from a SMART Fixed Route. Reduced Fare customers (Seniors 65+ and people with a disability) do not have a distance restriction.
